Guerlain unveils first ever special edition to celebrate Chinese New Year

Guerlain Chinese New Year Bee Bottle Néroli Outrenoir Eau de Parfum

Guerlain has delved into treasures of its heritage and bestiary to enrich them with new cultural connections. For the first time in its history, the Maison has created an exceptional special edition dedicated to the Chinese New Year, an extremely important event for Asian cultures. February 10 marks the beginning of The Year of the Dragon, a blazing symbol of power and strength.

The magic of Guerlain now brings an exceptional bottle to this very special rendezvous. The mythic Bee Bottle has temporarily exchanged its legendary transparency and gold for scarlet red, adorned with a sumptuous dragon created by Parisian jeweler Francesco Truscelli.

Refined and delicate, Francesco Truscelli welcomes the Chinese New Year with an opulent dragon, gilded in 24-carat gold and decorated with 142 sparkling Swarovski® crystals, plus a trail of faceted crystals around its graceful neck. This stunning creation epitomizes the pairing of two emblems, the imperial symbol and the most majestic of legendary creations.

Each new year also brings its fragrance, and the 2024 Millésime radiates Néroli Outrenoir, a fragrant gem in the L’Art & La Matière collection. The chiaroscuro scent is rich in contrasts of light and shadow, as enticing white Néroli notes confront the dark undertones of its opposite, Outrenoir.
